In case of the wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.
SIZING
We urge you to check the size guide to help you select the right size before purchasing the product. In case of a manufacturing defect, we assure you free rework. If needed to change the size of a rightfully made product, we initiate a provide paid rework.
The customer will be charged the reverse pick-up fee and also rework charges based on the nature of the rework. The rework shall take 5-6 working days per product.

If the product is manufactured in prescribed dimensions as per size guidelines, we do not accept returns in the case of the product not fitting you. In case of a complaint on sizes raised by a customer, the Hive support team will check if there has been a manufacturing defect based on images/videos shared by the customer and then will be taking the necessary course of action based on the nature of the issue raised.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We will exchange the product if it is found to be defective on delivery. All you have to do is send an unboxing video(Whatsapp or email) of the product showing that it is received defective.
Incase you fail to send us an unboxing video showing that the product is defective, then we cannot exchange the product.
How to keep the parcel ready for Reverse Pickup?
All product tags should be intact and the product should be kept in the original packing bag in which it was sent. A pickup person from our logistics partners will come and collect it from your shipping address.
Can I return the order and get a refund?
We do not accept returns and refund. However, in some cases we do accept returns and replace it with other products from our store.
