priyansisports.com Return Policy is implied only where the product has defects or damage. We do not accept returns in case of a wrong selection made by the customer.

Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick-up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of priyansisports.com store credit.

No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.

priyansisports.com Return Policy is implied only where the product has defects or damage. Cases, where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).

Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
In case of the wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post-delivery of the product.

Sizing

We urge you to check the size guide to help you select the right size before purchasing the product. In case of a manufacturing defect, we assure you free rework. If needed to change the size of a rightfully made product, we initiate a provide paid rework.

The customer will be charged the reverse pick-up fee and also rework charges based on the nature of the rework. The rework shall take 5-6 working days per product. The process of paid rework is mentioned below. You can contact us through the chat option on the website or you can directly contact the customer support team.
If the product is manufactured in prescribed dimensions as per size guidelines, we do not accept returns in the case of the product not fitting you. In case of a complaint on sizes raised by a customer, the Hive support team will check if there has been a manufacturing defect based on images/videos shared by the customer and then will be taking the necessary course of action based on the nature of the issue raised.
